Euro cabinetry featuring Beech slab doors, horizontally grooved, help define the industrial vibe of this mountain lake retreat.
These Euro style cabinets feature a cerused finish on rift sawn red oak. Full height cabinet doors and drawer fronts conceal Sub-Zero refrigerator units and pantry space with pull out shelves.
To build these traditional cabinets, we used select alder with a light stain and glaze. The kitchen boasts a built in breakfast nook. In the great room, a whimsical entertainment unit houses a large TV and sound system. The library features floor to ceiling cabinetry complete with a rolling ladder.
The owner/builders of this timber framed home chose cabinetry made of hand selected rift sawn white oak, with inset raise panel doors and a painstaking finish process to complement their home’s gently aged, classical design.
